MagFeeder

The MagFeeder is a new friction feeder for use on mail inserting and related equipment. It is a rugged machine designed to stand up to the most trying production environments. The MagFeeder's performance, reliability, and forms flexibility make the MagFeeder an important cost-saving tool in your production. The MagFeeder accommodates a wide range of insert sizes, from business cards through 6x9 and 9x12 envelope inserts. It efficiently separates and delivers Z-folds, double parallel folds, letter folds, cross folds, books, glossy stock, plastic cards, envelopes, and other direct marketing material.

The MagFeeder allows you to directly place material on flighted, and non-flighted conveyors or wrapper systems. Special features include remote triggering to feed material on demand, variable speed, and miss detection. Triggering can be accomplished by using a microswitch or photocell. Optional features include batch counting and the ability to skip one or more pockets while feeding.
