LIST CONVERSION: Different formatted lists can be converted to conform to predetermined formats. Normally utilized as a prerequisite for additional items on the list.
 
 

DUP ELIM OR MERGE/PURGE: Highly sophisticated, can identify duplicates even when there are variations or misspellings in the name and address components. Can process multiple input lists. Will code the source and determine priority position. Will suppress (purge) unwanted files or records. Can produce valuable statistics for your analysis.
 
 

MAIL ADDRESS STANDARDIZATION: Cleans and standardizes address information or coding to U.S. Postal Service Standards. Will correct format and spelling errors. Enhances ZIP + 4 match codes for faster mail processing.
 
  NCOA (National Change of Address) PROCESSING AVAILABLE

ZIP + 4 CODING: The Most accurate and efficient method for generating and assigning the ZIP + 4 add-on code. Qualifies mailings for greater postage savings and improved mail delivery. Corrects wrong ZIP codes.
 
 

CARRIER ROUTE CODING: Will assign or append proper carrier route codes; process a mail bag analysis; produce bag tags and postal summaries. Important features needed to qualify for postal discounts.
